GYDO begins its 2011 residency at Urban Zen on January 29. The night begins with an Evolver Activation featuring renowned Anusara Yoga teacher Elena Brower doing what she does best (kicking your asana till your heart bursts), followed by a short discussion with Elena. International 5Rhythms teacher Jonathan Horan will get everyone moving and start the dance party right.

Get busy at 9pm with DJ Dhundee, Black Panther Drumming, Brooklyn Shekere, The Didge Project, live art, performances TBA, all the high-vibe food + drink you can consume, and The Truth: a multimedia exhibition by Haitian, Haitian American and Haitian inspired artists curated by fashion photographer Marc Baptiste.
