The JJA Jazz Awards gala is happenig this Saturday in NY!

Venue: City Winery in New York City.

This star-studded event, m.c’d by Josh Jackson of  The Checkout from WBGO, will feature presentation of 39 awards for high achievement in jazz music and journalism as well as performances by Randy Weston, Wallace Roney, Gregory Porter, Jane Bunnett and Hilario Duran and the Hammer Klavier Trio.  Tickets are going fast, so buy them now .
