The Brooklyn Indie Music Fest, which started last year (read here last year’s festival review), is a celebration and showcase of the community of vast talent and dedication that fuels the independent music scenes of Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs. At the heart of the Brooklyn Indie Fest impetus is an attempt to unify various local independent music scenes, artists, and fans – in order to help inspire, motivate and promote these groups collectively.
