In Ferguson, Missouri, thousands of people are rising up to protest in outrage and grief over Mike Brown, another young black man killed by the police.
And just a few weeks ago on Staten Island, Eric Garner was strangled by the NYPD.
Black and brown lives matter, and we cannot let these injustices go unanswered. This Saturday, Rev. Al Sharpton and the family of Eric Garner with National Action Network, NAACP, 1199SEIU, UFT, and the Working Families Party will march for justice for Eric Garner, Mike Brown, and the thousands of others.

On Thursday, Lauryn Hill decided to release a “sketch” of her song “Black Rage” and dedicate it to Ferguson, Mo.
