About Ai Weiwei

Ai Weiwei is a Chinese contemporary artist (sculpture, installation, architecture, curating, photography, film) and political activist questioning and fighting social, political and cultural issues in China, especially on democracy and human rights. He became internationally known by his collaboration with Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron as the artistic consultant on the Beijing National Stadium for the 2008 Olympics.

The soundtrack of the video and 5 other songs will be released in the album The Divine Comedy on June 22, 2013.
